- Order once placed cannot be cancelled post purchase. In case of any damage or returned goods we will refund any payments already made by you for the order after deducting fixed shipment charges. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
- INB food Products Pvt Ltd does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of INB food Products Pvt Ltd.
- 10% cancellation charges will be applicable on order cancellations by customer.

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within ninety (15) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
